Event Info
Christ Church in Ardsley was the parish church for the Oaks Colliery and has been the focus for commemoration for 150 years. In 1879 the Oaks Disaster Memorial was placed in the churchyard to remember all the men and boys killed.
Come along for this special commemorative service at Christ Church, Ardsley, with the Rt. Revd. Peter Burrows, the Bishop of Doncaster.
