Join bat specialists for a guided walk in Wath Woods, recording what species of bat inhabit the woods using bat detectors to learn more about these incredible species.
Meet at the entrance on Wath Wood Bottom (the approach road to Wathwood Hospital). There is parking on grass-crete layby by the gate into the wood.
Booking is essential, children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Please wear sensible outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear. All equipment will be provided but participants are encouraged to bring a torch and a detector if you have one.
