The Dearne Valley Landscape Partnership is working with Barnsley Council and other partners to deliver community events in the woods and plan woodland management. We are seeking your views about what sort of events would be of interest and how the woods could be managed to make sure that they stay special.
There will be a short guided walk around Broad Ings Wood led by Mick O’Roarke to see recent management in the wood carried out by his youth group on site.
Free refreshments will be provided, come and have a chat with us!
