Event Info

A field session will involve walking parts of the woodland to survey and identify trees and some plants. Winter dormant trees are often easier to identify than during a crowded, leafy summer.

As a result of the workshop participants be able to understand the concept of semi-natural ancient woodlands and be able to identify trees and some plants in a winter landscape.
