River Dearne Reflections: A creative writing experience

 

As part of our Art of the Dearne project, join local songwriters Ray Hearne and Hayley Youell for a free creative writing session inspired by the River Dearne,

Explore the themes of recovery, renewal and returning, as we await the spring and consider the spirit and role of rivers and nature in reminding us of the cycles and seasons of life.

You don’t need to have any previous writing experience to take part and everybody is welcome.

The creative writing experience will take place at the Live Arts Café at The Digital Media Centre, Barnsley.

The session is free of charge, although places do need to be booked in advance.
