We’re delighted that you are able to join us on the 29th March for this networking event.
We thought this page would be useful a central point of contact to download all the information about the day in advance. We will be printing out copies of the attendance list, agenda and details of the breakout sessions for people on the day along with name badges as part of a delegates pack.
You can download details of where to park and where the building is HERE
There is plenty of free parking at the Heritage Centre but we have had the section shown in the pdf above designated as event parking for the day. Due to restrictions on site cars cannot move in this area between 10am and 4pm. Therefore if you arrive late (after 10am) or need to leave before 4pm then please park in the main public car park which is clearly signposted. We will be putting signs up in the direct vicinity to guide people into the car park. The venue itself is full accessible with the entrance directly from the car park.
You can download the agenda for the day HERE. Copies will be provided on the day. Registration will start at 9.30am and refreshments will be available from then. We will be starting promptly at 10am as we are trying to pack in as much as possible. If you would like to bring along any promotional materials about your landscape partnership (pop up displays, leaflets, postcards, etc) then please feel to bring then along, We have plenty of space in the venue to display things. Refreshments will be available throughout the day and lunch will be provided – we’ve covered the costs of everything and hopefully have accommodated everyone’s dietary requirements. The site visit in the afternoon is on site and you won’t need outdoor clothes or boots – all will be revealed on the day.
You can download a full attendees list HERE. Copies will be provided on the day.
You can download details of the breakout sessions HERE. Everyone has been allocated their choices that they indicated on their booking forms. Each of the breakout tables will be clearly marked, Please ensure you go to the ones you are allocated to at the time you are allocated to.
