Trans Pennine Trail

The Trans Pennine Trail is a series of fully surfaced cycle and walking paths which run from coast to coast in the north of England.

It forms part of the National Cycle Network and the European Walking Route E8. A north-south route connects Leeds and Chesterfield, plus a spur to York and also a spur to Kirkburton collectively mean that there are approximately 370 miles of trail to explore.
